Trainer

Tracy Simpson

Tracy started in Primary Care in 1992. Since then she spent 13 years working within the Primary Care Department before moving on to become Office Manager at Airlie Medical Practice and 3 years later took over as Practice Manager. Tracy is now an Associate Partner with Airlie Medical Practice and is also a Training Practice Lay Visitor supporting training within general practice. Tracy is also a Trainer with Thornfields helping staff within Primary Care on the day to day issues of running general practice. She also is the Chairperson for the Fife Practice Managers Association, which keeps her on her toes implementing the new contract as well as helping with the remobilisation of Primary Care during COVID. In 2011 Tracy won the Dr David Adams Award for excellence in Primary Care.
