Performance Appraisals (Non-Clinical)
- To consider the appraisal cycle
- To establish how to prepare for appraisal
- To consider different objectives such as setting volume, quality and behavioural objectives
- To consider feedback models and how to manage difficult messages and praise effectively
This session is aimed at developing skills in line managers or aspiring managers.
By the end of the session the attendee should feel ready to undertake appraisal meetings with non clinical staff. N.B. due to differences between employers we will not be taking specific reference to the employers own appraisal documentation but using a good practice generic template.
