    Trainer

    Kay Keane

Starting her career in the NHS as a 19 year old Medical Receptionist, Kay quickly realised that Primary Care was the place for her. Working throughout the system with a national profile in NHSE, Kay was made redundant in 2014. She used this to decide on a career move that would find her closer to home and give her a better work life balance. Choosing what she thought would be a “nice” job as a Practice Manager she finds this the most challenging and inspirational move she could have made, citing practice management as “the best and worst job in the world in equal measure”.
